This class is like a book club. Each week we read and go over another chapter out of one of the Seth books. Right now we're finishing up Seth Speaks. What an amazing book. We all agree we get so much more going chapter by chapter each week. Very effective.
We do this while also reading a session a day in whatever book we might be in individually. Some of us are in Early Sessions 8, Unknown Reality II, Nature of the Psyche, The Way Toward Health, Personal Sessions 3, Unknown Reality I and Adventures in Consciousness. Talk about Multi-dimensional. Very important tip: read the books in their published order.
In this spontaneity power packed 2 hour session, which typically reaches 3-4 hours, we first discuss our dreams of the previous week. Then break down any questions any one might have about where they are in their own book. After chewing some of the concepts over together we dive into the chapter and focus on the highlights. Usually we all have a favorite part that we'll take turns reading. We'll read and stop often interpreting what we just read. Again, this is super effective. It's like a new chapter just doing this together.
We'll mix in quotes and pieces from the Early Class Sessions Books or Conversations with Seth. (How about those ESP Sessions-huh? Are those the best or what?)
By the 'time' we get warmed up and screaming at a fever pitch it's 'time' to end. We'll wrap up with closing comments then it starts all over again. The weeks activities seem dimly lit compared to the color we get out of meeting every week.

For anybody who is new to the material, and highly curious about learning how to "create your own reality", we have another group that meets twice a month.
