Welcome. My name is Ellen Young, and this site is where I blog about my Seth-inspired plans and actions. I've been studying Seth since the late 1970s and find myself more and more interested in applying the teachings. I was active in the late 90s on the first Seth Internet mailing list (where I was known as Mui).

Right now I'm discussing following impulses and how that's affecting me. I also talk about dreams and dreamwork, belief changing, health, psy-time, and more.

I'm also the host of the San Jose Seth goups, and I talk about what's going on in those as well, and post the upcoming meetings.
